Job summary

COFOMO, a leading Canadian consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Montreal for hybrid work. You will drive large infrastructure and telecom projects, oversee budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and reporting aligned with SAFe and PMBOK practices.

The role requires 15+ years in IT and 10+ years leading major infrastructure projects, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Agile tools to deliver value in a fast-paced transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance, administration or project management.
• 15+ years of experience in information technology.
• 10+ years of experience managing major infrastructure and telecommunications projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accountability and produce project statuses.
• Manage projects worth $1 to $5 million.
• Track blockers and measure delivery performance.
• Administer and control team budgets.
• Prevalidate timesheets.
• Ensure administrative follow-ups, especially those related to purchase orders.
• Animate Agile ceremonies as needed.
• Foster alignment, synergy, and collaboration between teams.
