Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Senior Consultant, Client Support in Edmonton to provide consultative guidance to front-line leadership and teams. You will reinforce client service standards, coaching, and the advisory planning model to enhance the client experience and operational consistency.

You will analyze service trends, support training, and collaborate with business partners to sustain effective client interactions and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client service processes and advisory planning in financial services.
• Ability to analyze client service trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong coaching and training delivery to front-line teams.

Responsibilities

• Consultative support - Provide expert consultation to front-line leaders on client service processes and best practices.
• Advisory model sustainment - Support implementation and ongoing sustainment of the advisory planning model.
• Client experience insights - Analyze service trends and performance indicators to propose improvements to senior management.
• Training and enablement - Deliver guidance and training on contact strategies and client relationship planning tools.
• Partnership and planning - Collaborate with leadership on departmental planning and service initiatives.
• Influence and collaboration - Build relationships to align resources and drive shared success.
