Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a portfolio of earthworks and underground utilities projects across the region. You will provide project management methodologies, ensure timely completion and profitability, and mentor a large project management group.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years supervisory experience in commercial earthworks and underground utilities, thorough construction knowledge, strong communication and planning skills, and willingness to travel to projects

Qualifications

• 15+ years supervisory or equivalent experience in commercial earthworks and underground utilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel to projects across the region; PMP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management methodologies to a regional portfolio ensuring timely completion and profitability.
• Lead project planning, pre-construction, execution, close-out, and EHS.
• Maintain a strong focus on meeting customer expectations.
• Manage and mentor a large project management team.
• Lead multiple projects from estimate to close-out.
