Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee large complex projects, coordinating design, budget and schedule with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers and Architects. You will lead progress meetings and mentor junior staff, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget while resolving conflicts and optimizing cash flow.

Qualifications

• Provide overall construction management, including design, budget and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers and Architects.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression.
• Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development.
• Advise senior management of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving conflicts.
• Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.
