You will partner with leaders across Tangerine, Scotiabank, and third parties to accelerate adoption, measure outcomes, and deliver measurable value for employees, clients, and shareholders.

The role requires 5+ years in change management and strategy execution, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of change management experience focusing on transformational execution.
• 5+ years of strategy and change execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of integrated change management strategies and plans for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Lead communication and training efforts to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
