Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead change management and communication initiatives within commercial lines property and casualty insurance. You will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to develop strategies and ensure rollout success.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of PM experience, and strong PowerPoint deliverable drafting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six or more years of project management experience.
• Experience drafting quality deliverables, mainly in PowerPoint.
• French language required; advanced English.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management and communication strategies and plans for commercial lines property and casualty insurance initiatives rolled out with multiple internal and external partners.
• Implement collaboration mechanisms with participating sectors.
• Ensure strategies and plans are rolled out successfully.
• Oversee production of deliverables with contributors and partners.
• Draft communications when needed.
• Assess outcomes, benefits, and service quality, adjusting plans as needed.
• Provide tactical support in producing deliverables for employees who interact with members and clients, including job aids and approaches.
• Contribute to change management for complex projects and initiatives involving multiple collaborators.
• Support sponsors and managers as part of an agile, multidisciplinary landing squad.

Requirements
