Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada (Quebec) seeks a seasoned Change Management Lead to guide transformation programs. You will shape strategies, assess organizational readiness, and coach leaders to ensure sustainable adoption across complex initiatives.

Collaboration with sponsors, project teams, and Talent & Culture partners is essential for success. Fluent French and strong English are required, with the ability to prepare clear documentation in both languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of change management experience in a large organization.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced level of French and intermediate level of English; ability to prepare documentation in English.

Responsibilities

• Understand the program’s vision, strategic objectives, priorities, and business needs.
• Assess organizational and human impacts associated with transformation initiatives.
• Provide change management expertise and leadership.
• Support partners in defining needs and implementing solutions for sustainable adoption.
• Collaborate with sponsors, managers, initiative leaders, project teams, Talent & Culture partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop, lead, and execute change management strategies.
• Conduct and consolidate stakeholder and impact assessments.
• Evaluate cumulative change impacts, human-related risks, and organizational readiness.
• Develop strategies, plans, and interventions for engagement, communications, training, risk management, and adoption monitoring.
• Participate in program governance forums.
• Influence adoption-related decisions and integrate change management perspectives.
• Structure and communicate key change messages.
• Support communications and governance materials.
• Coach leaders as change champions.
• Identify interdependencies across initiatives and align with change management specialists.
• Ensure consistent application of change management best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced level of French
• Intermediate level of English
• Ability to regularly prepare documentation in English
