Job summary

HelloFresh Canada is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Outbound Logistics in Toronto to lead the carrier network across last mile and middle mile. You will own onboarding, cost strategies, and ongoing performance management, transforming data into actionable improvements.

You will renegotiate rates, drive network strategy, and partner with Analytics, Finance, and Operations to optimize service quality and cost per shipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations focused on carrier management and onboarding.
• Experience managing carriers against KPIs and leading corrective actions.
• Strong commercial acumen with rate negotiations and cost modelling.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency and ability to build scorecards and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with last mile and middle mile carriers across Canada.
• Hold carriers accountable to KPIs, focusing on OTP and CC error rates.
• Lead regular business reviews, escalations, and action plans with partners.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new carrier partners and system integrations.
• Identify gaps and onboard partners to fill them.
• Own carrier cost performance and develop a roadmap to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
• Lead rate negotiations and renewals; benchmark pricing and identify savings.
• Model cost scenarios with Finance and Analytics to quantify impact of changes.
• Monitor OTP and CC metrics; drive resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Develop scorecards and reporting to enable transparency and accountability.
• Contribute to long-term network strategy for Canada and diversification.
• Collaborate with Systems, Analytics, CX, and Operations to align carrier performance with goals.
