Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business with 7+ years in campus recruitment.
• Experience attracting interns and emerging talent across Canada.
• Strong relationships with universities and student groups.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national campus recruitment strategy for Commercial Banking aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and needs to drive talent attraction initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs to optimize recruitment events, channels and hiring efforts.
• Represent National Bank at university events, career fairs and student conferences.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening, lead initial interviews, and recommend best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate all stages of campus recruitment from attraction to hire.
• Build a pipeline of student talent for current and future workforce needs.
• Develop strategic university partnerships to enhance visibility and acquisition.
• Deliver a distinctive candidate experience from posting to offer.
• Gather feedback to improve intern programs and act as coach to junior staff.
