Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with system build/integration experience.
Experience with APIs, batch transfers, and message queues in banking environments.
Strong documentation skills, including BDD-style requirements and vendor-facing specs.
Familiarity with ITIL change and release management in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements across business lines.
Write detailed specs for internal and external interfaces and data mappings.
Lead workshops; produce data flow diagrams and process models.
Translate business needs into contractual language for vendors; manage vendor collaboration.
Support testing, defect triage, and requirements traceability; assist in production issue investigations.
