Job summary

TD in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Senior Business Process Manager to provide guidance and support for a functional area and implement processes to meet standards. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

You will identify process improvements, act as a consultant to business partners, build relationships, manage risks, and lead cross-functional projects. This onsite role in Toronto offers growth opportunities within TD.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications; 5+ years BPM experience.
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends.
• Skills in mentoring/coaching others.
• Skills in using analytical software tools, data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a consultant, providing advice, business expertise, and recommendations on processes.
• Build effective relationships with key business partners within and across units.
• Analyze feasibility and impact of new initiatives, improvements, solutions and products.
• Lead coordination of status reports, communications, and deliverables for projects.
• Ensure training plans are identified to implement projects and initiatives.
