Qualifications

5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services.
Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.
Experience with Agile delivery and with SDLC/STLC.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business and technology stakeholders.
Create business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
Analyze complex data sets to support business decision-making and solution design.
Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and support UAT activities.
Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC and STLC.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis, testing, and documentation quality.
