Job summary

COFOMO seeks an AI Designer/Developer for its Montreal data & AI platform. Hybrid role in Montreal, combining production Python development with data pipelines, AI model industrialization, and secure integrations.

You’ll work with SQL, Spark, Delta Lakehouse, and Azure Databricks, delivering end-to-end RAG solutions, multi-agent APIs, and knowledge transfer to teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and the principles of software development in production.
• Experience with SQL, Spark PySpark technologies and Delta Lakehouse architectures.
• Expertise in industrializing generative AI solutions and in MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Knowledge of RAG solutions, embeddings, indexing, search and evaluation.
• Experience designing agents, multi-agent systems, APIs, and secure integrations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms.
• Demonstrate collaboration, documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and quality orientation.
