Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Data and Analytics Center of Excellence team, in our Information Technology division.
TheIT Center for Excellence team through the enterprise data governance program is responsible for ensuring our data is secure, private, accurate, available, and usable across the organization.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between the finance business units and the Center of Excellence team, translating business requirements into designs for advanced data solutions. You will apply systems thinking (i.e. the intersection of data, technology and people) to resolve or improve complex business challenges and opportunities.
