Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Analysis supporting HR transformation initiatives
• Background with Workday, HR, or HCM environments
• Leading requirements gathering and process improvement exercises with business stakeholders and executive teams
• Experience in Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
• Financial services or banking industry experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions
• Assess current-state and future-state HR processes
• Create business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Support Workday-related integration and migration activities
• Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and technology teams
• Support testing, change management, and implementation activities
