You will bridge business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams across Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies, conducting JAD sessions, process re-engineering, data modeling, and traceability.
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Analyst for an enterprise-level contract opportunity based in Toronto. In this role, you will take on a premier business analysis, requirements architecture, and functional design capacity, specializing in assessing complex business needs and translating them into comprehensive technology specifications.
As a principal business analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical delivery teams. Operating fully onsite in Toronto across various delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile), you will lead requirements-gathering sessions, execute business process re-engineering, construct conceptual/logical data models, and author detailed business cases. This position is ideal for a seasoned analysis authority who can drive business improvements, establish performance measures, and ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and digital accessibility regulations.
