Canada Life in London, ON is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to lead analysis, develop requirements, and drive solution design across projects. The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis of business problems and developing requirements, product and process specifications and contribution towards product design efforts. The Senior Business Systems Analyst champions and contributes to the development of analysis standards, tools, processes and best practices.
This role applies advanced knowledge to complex work and supports project, product and operations teams by sharing skills and mentoring. This role leads the work to implement solutions to complex problems, which may be independently or through leading or supporting the collaboration with other stakeholders.
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst maintains a business perspective through all phases of the problem resolution and systems enhancement. Senior IT Business Systems Analysts work closely with the business to understand their needs, opportunities and requirements. The base salary for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
