Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing online user experiences for complex digital solutions.
• Experienced delivering products with balanced teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Balsamiq, InVision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms (MIRO, Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, Teams).

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Level 3 towork as part of a Project Management & Program Delivery team incollaboration with the core project team, solution delivery vendor(s), andother stakeholders. The role combines senior business analysis, productdelivery, user experience, accessibility, user-centred design, research, andAgile delivery responsibilities.

The successful candidate will help shape accessible,intuitive digital solutions by translating business and user needs into productstrategies, requirements, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, backlogs,testing activities, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Workin a hybrid Agile environment combining approaches such as waterfall,Scrum, and extreme programming, providing leadership and guidance indeveloping, implementing, and evaluating online user experience andcontent strategies.
• Developproduct design criteria, planning activities, business objectives,communication and reporting protocols, product prioritization and phasingstrategies, issue management, quality assessment, and transitionrequirements.
• Applyevidence-based Agile approaches, including user analytics, interviews,research, and testing, to continuously improve design decisions.
• Ensuredigital solutions comply with web usability and accessibility standards,including WCAG 2.0 through WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA.
• Workwith the team and solution delivery vendor(s) to design digital solutionswith simple, user-friendly, accessible content and features.

Technical Skills Requirements
