Job summary

Symbiotic Digital in Canada seeks a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support enterprise application testing across multiple environments. You will lead test planning, develop and execute test scripts, and manage defects to ensure high-quality software releases.

The role requires strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD integration, performance testing, data validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation, quality metrics, and test coverage reports.
• Contribute to user documentation and release-related materials.
• Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support enterprise application testing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, developing, executing, and managing testing activities across multiple systems and environments to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This position requires strong experience in test planning, automated testing, defect management, performance testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
