Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

The Business Intelligence team sits within Provider Operations and is responsible for equipping the business with the data, insights, tools, and scalable processes needed to meet our highest goals. Our mission is to empower strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and innovation.

The Senior Business Analyst role plays a critical function on the BI team by leading complex analyses, proactively uncovering strategic insights, and guiding stakeholders to action. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and thinking deeply about how data reflects real-world processes. We’re looking for someone who asks “why,” not just “how.”

What You'll Do:

• Lead complex analyses to support strategic business questions, identifying root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to self-serve insights and track performance
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights with appropriate business context
• Present findings and recommendations to department heads and senior leadership
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Services, Success, and Support to clarify needs, frame the right questions, and scope effective solutions
• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses to support planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Mentor junior analysts by reviewing their work, providing feedback, and helping them develop technical and consulting skills
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, definitions, and relationships; contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Proactively identify opportunities to scale recurring work through automation, standardization, system enhancements, and improved documentation

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field required
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or business operations within a cross-functional environment
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous business questions, explore root causes, and define structured approaches to solve them
• Proven ability to translate real-world business challenges into data questions and distill results into practical, stakeholder-ready insights
• Strong understanding of relational databases and how to extract, transform, and join data to support analysis
• Proficiency in one or more querying languages (e.g., SQL, Power Query [M]); experience with Python is a plus
• Solid foundation in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, structured formulas); exposure to Power BI or other BI tools preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to business stakeholders
• Exposure to forecasting, performance reporting, or lifecycle analysis is a plus
