Job summary

COFOMO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Quebec City, hybrid work model. The candidate will analyze business contexts, document stakeholder needs, and support prioritization while collaborating with architecture, design and business teams to deliver studies and briefs.

Required are 8+ years in IT and 5+ years in business analysis mandates, with strong analytical, communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Have at least 8 years of experience in information technology.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in carrying out business analysis mandates in an organizational environment.
• Experience with business clients in the analysis of processes, business rules and work organization.
• Have participated in multidisciplinary interventions involving several stakeholders.
• Have completed at least 3 mandates of a minimum duration of one year covering all aspects of the business analysis.
• Experience in writing preliminary studies, business cases or opportunity studies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills with a variety of stakeholders.
