Job summary

COFOMO in Quebec City seeks a Business Architecture Consultant to develop and maintain a global vision of the organization’s business architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise architecture. You will lead analyses, draft executive documents, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to drive transformation projects.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and experience in producing IT business files and business architecture deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information technology, in a context of development or evolution of information systems.
• 3+ years of experience in business architecture.
• 1 year of experience in producing IT business files.
• Experience drafting strategic, executive and decision-making documents.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a global vision of the organization’s business architecture.
• Ensure alignment of business solutions with strategic orientations and enterprise architecture.
• Carry out or contribute to opportunity studies, preliminary analyses and design work on business solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers and sector experts.

• Prepare strategic and executive presentations for decision-making bodies.
• Participate in the evolution of enterprise architecture to reflect business needs and organizational priorities.
• Design and produce the documentation required for committees, workshops, retrospectives and project reviews.
• Develop the various deliverables necessary for the completion of business architecture mandates.
