Job summary

Alquemy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management for ERP/EAM initiatives. The role focuses on documenting business and functional requirements for ERP/EAM solutions and supporting data migration, integration, and testing activities.

The candidate will collaborate across business teams, IT, and implementation partners from design through deployment, ensuring successful delivery of a large-scale ERP/EAM implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
• Experience delivering a large ERP/EAM implementation from design through testing and deployment.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Document business and functional requirements for ERP/EAM solutions.
• Support data migration, system integration and testing activities.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
• Experience delivering at least one large-scale ERP/EAM implementation, from design through testing and deployment.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data migration, integration requirements and system testing.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
