Job summary

Tekgence Inc is seeking a Senior BSA for a 12-month hybrid role in Toronto, ON. You will leverage Service Now, Confluence, Jira, and qTest to capture functional requirements within Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Lending projects.

Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of Corp/Commercial Banking experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on SQL data analysis experience. Prior ACBS or migration project exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience required in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in BSA with functional requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements for BSA projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate, commercial and institutional lending lines.
• QA and testing for UI, web apps and databases (SQL testing).
• Build test execution plans and coordinate with QA teams.
• Automation experience is a plus.

7+ years of Corp/ Commercial Banking experience

Experience in Service Now, Confluence, Jira, qTest required

• BSA with the standard capabilities around functional requirements gathering
• Very Good communication skills
• Experience with IT SDLC, Agile, data analysis (aka using SQL, profiling data).

Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Lending lines of businesses experience is required. Also,

prior experience with ACBS or similar conversion\migration projects will be preferred.

• QA with the testing experience on user UI's, Web applications, and database testing (SQL experience);
• Building test execution plans, Good Communication Skill and automation experience is an added advantage
