Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. seeks a Test Lead for Credit Cards, TSYS & Banking QA in Toronto. The role is hybrid with two in-office days per week and requires strong leadership in QA for financial applications.

You will shape testing strategies, oversee SDLC adherence, and mentor QA engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality releases in the banking domain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in credit cards/TSYS application.
• Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
• Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
• Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.
• Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming and troubleshooting of software applications.

Location: Toronto: Hybrid 2 days a week in office

• Days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in credit cards/TSYS application.
• Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
• Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
