Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Corporate/Commercial Banking experience and ACBS expertise. This role centers on gathering requirements, data analysis, SDLC/Agile delivery, QA testing, and collaborating across business and technology teams.

You will work across Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending, support ACBS implementations, data profiling, and test planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Corporate/Commercial Banking experience.
• BSA experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with ACBS or similar lending platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending.
• Hands-on SQL, data analysis, and data profiling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and IT SDLC.
• QA/testing experience for UI, web apps, and databases.
• Experience building test execution plans.
• Hands-on ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and qTest.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending.
• Support ACBS implementations, conversions, migrations.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation using SQL.
• Participate throughout the IT SDLC within Agile delivery environments.
• Develop test execution plans and support testing for UI, web applications, and databases.
• Validate data and application functionality using SQL.
• Coordinate with QA and development teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
• Manage requirements, test cases, and project documentation using ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and qTest.
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership.
