Job summary

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking a dynamic Lead for filming, photography, special events, and brand activations. Lead end-to-end projects on TTC property, guiding inquiries through execution and billing with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will evaluate commercial opportunities, manage contracts and permits, and drive revenue growth while maintaining safety and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Film, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in film, television, photography, events, entertainment, marketing, or partnerships.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong contract administration, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience assessing commercial opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of filming, photography, events and brand activations on TTC property.
• Act as the primary contact for production companies, agencies, and partners, guiding projects from inquiry through execution and billing.
• Evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and provide recommendations balancing revenue, operations, safety, and customer experience.
• Negotiate, prepare, and manage contracts, permits, and agreements for filming, events, and activations.
• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, approvals, risk assessments, and post-event evaluation.
• Represent the TTC professionally while ensuring alignment with brand standards and accessibility obligations.
