Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Act as lobby leader; ensure customers are triaged and assisted.
• Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, including opening accounts and processing GICs.
• Promote and demonstrate digital/self-service banking options to customers.
• Support customers through their banking journey with clear guidance.
