Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Associate at the Radisson Branch, AB (Calgary) to deliver exceptional service and support customers throughout their banking journey, including opening day-to-day accounts, promoting digital tools, and guiding users to self-service options.

You will build strong relationships, uncover customers’ needs, explain complex concepts simply, excel in a target-driven environment, and contribute to a collaborative team with opportunities for development

Qualifications

• Willing to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls and providing financial advice.
• Strong technical skills to promote and demonstrate digital/self-service banking options.
• Previous banking experience is a strong asset.
