Job summary

HUB International seeks a Senior Consultant on the National Accounts Team, serving as the main contact for medium to large clients and guiding both clients and internal teams. You will coach junior members and oversee renewals, deliverables, and client proposals with a focus on legislative and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in group benefits or group insurance.
• Post‑secondary education in group benefits (CEBS) or actuarial sciences.
• LLQP certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven capability at the Consultant level and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in client teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality work for medium to large clients.
• Analyze financial and claims information for benefits plans and renewals.
• Support business development and mentor junior team members.
• Present to clients and lead client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and client requirements.
