• Team Leadership: Lead and develop operational staff, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Client Service Oversight: Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and act as a point of escalation for client concerns.
• Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of technology solutions and address technology needs in collaboration with IT teams.
• Risk Oversight: Assess and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

The expected salary range for this position is $58,000 to $73,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
