Sun Life is seeking an AVP, Business Insights & Strategic Execution to lead the Chief of Staff function for the Client Experience Office. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business management, consulting, transformation, analytics, operations, or related disciplines.
• Proven success supporting senior executives and driving enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organizations.
• Strong experience in strategic execution, business performance management, governance, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the CXO strategic agenda and oversee delivery of key business priorities.
• Partner across Experience, Digital, AI, Technology, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and business teams to align efforts and accelerate outcomes.
• Provide visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and executive decisions while improving accountability and governance.
• Lead CXO analytics and performance management strategy; develop executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and reviews.
• Shape and communicate a compelling narrative for the Client Experience Office; support Boards and leadership forums with concise materials.
