Job summary

Sun Life Canada\'s Group Retirement Services is a market leader in capital accumulation plans. The Senior Consultant, Strategy and Enablement will support leaders with strategy development, planning and enablement, reporting to the AVP, Strategy and Enablement.

Responsibilities include research, recommendations, monthly tracking and stakeholder engagement. You will drive strategic projects, track OKRs, conduct analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results in

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual problem solving and ability to structure business problems.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel; ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in conducting in-depth secondary research.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective project management with tight timelines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project execution - support delivery of strategic projects and workstreams across GRS.
• Strategic project tracking - monitor monthly progress and report on GRS OKRs to senior leaders.
• Problem solving and analytics - perform financial and business analysis and generate insights.
• Marketing & business intelligence - monitor market trends and competitor actions in the GRS space.
• Communication - prepare and deliver formal and informal management updates and presentations.
• Support strategy design and development - co-lead strategy projects with GRS partners and Canada Strategy.
