Job summary

Manulife is seeking an AVP, AI Products & Delivery to lead the Global Operations AI program. You will own AI strategy, transformation, target setting, product portfolio, and people strategy across 14 countries.

You will ensure strategic investments are viable before scaling and drive reusable AI capabilities with predictable throughput and measurable impact. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance, and partner with HR and Finance to realize benefits, while maintaining production

Qualifications

10+ years leading product or technology delivery, preferably in regulated industries.
Track record delivering complex AI-enabled products into production with measurable outcomes.
Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives across geographies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
Strong skills in quantitative modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.

Responsibilities

Set and execute Global Operations AI strategy across 14 countries.
Own AI portfolio targets, KPIs and value realization.
Lead AI roadmap and sequencing of delivery across products and reusable capabilities.
Drive global AI reskilling and workforce transformation programs.
Define success metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
