Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior AV Production Technician to support senior executives, presenters, and event stakeholders. The role is based onsite in Brampton with responsibilities spanning setup, testing, and live production across hybrid and virtual events.

You will configure AV systems, manage video switching and audio routing, and ensure broadcast quality from pre-event prep through post-event wrap. Strong composure under pressure and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review event requirements, run-of-show documents, and client expectations.
• Configure, test, and validate all audio, video, streaming, presentation, and networking systems prior to event start.
• Coordinate rehearsals and presenter testing for onsite and remote participants.
• Operate and support corporate town halls, executive presentations, conferences, hybrid meetings, virtual events, and special productions.
• Diagnose and resolve audio, video, streaming, presentation, software, hardware, and network issues before and during live events.
