Job summary

Solotech Inc. is seeking a hands-on technical lead for installation and disassembly of live-production equipment in Ontario. You will ensure safe, compliant setup, supervise a team across project stages, and serve as a primary client contact for project-related questions and changes.

The role requires 6+ years in an audiovisual field, strong knowledge of electrical and network systems, and the ability to move between sites. A forklift/an aerial lift permit and VectorWorks CAD skills are assets.

Qualifications

• AEC or DEC in audiovisual field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and network systems.
• Forklift/aerial lift permit and working at heights training is an asset.
• Bilingual in both official languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install and disassemble technical equipment per plan.
• Ensure proper installation and safety of equipment.
• Lead a team across project stages and coordinate with departments.
• Act as client contact for project management questions and changes.
