Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, the nation’s automotive leader, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager at Porsche Centre Vancouver. You will lead the Sales Department, develop people, and drive consistent results in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the General Manager and is responsible for performance, development, and structure of the Sales Department. Compensation for this position is CAD 180,000.00– CAD 220,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in automotive sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales department with a focus on volume, gross, and disciplined inventory management.
• Coach, develop, and hold Sales Managers and staff accountable to performance objectives.
• Drive appointment and prospecting culture through CRM usage and activity management.
• Be involved in daily operations — desking deals, supporting managers, and assisting in closing transactions.
• Establish and monitor sales and gross profit targets for New and Used Sales Departments.
• Conduct performance reviews with Sales Managers and teams.
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing development of all sales personnel.
• Ensure dealership processes, policies, and standards are followed.
