Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate, Technology Strategy, Consulting to help clients transform with technology. You will analyze market trends, assess business performance, and develop strategic recommendations across digital transformation, AI, and governance.

You’ll lead and coach teams, collaborate with executives, and help shape operating models and roadmaps that drive value. Fluently communicating in English and French, you’ll work with both Canadian and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar asset.
• Experience conducting maturity or needs assessments and building roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Experience defining Target Operating Models, governance, and IT operating models.
• Experience in digital transformation, IT function transformation, or business-technology integration.
• Understanding of IT value chain: apps, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Knowledge of enterprise tech architecture and solution development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; interest in AI, automation and emerging tech.
• Understanding of AI lifecycle: opportunity, data readiness, adoption, benefits, responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop transformative strategies to navigate digital disruption.
• Support business-led technology transformation programs with user-centered design and agile methods.
• Lead discussions with business and technology leaders; coach and guide teams.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate as a team member and leader; provide mentoring and feedback.
• Research and analyze client, industry, and tech issues; prioritize and solve problems.
• Develop tech strategies and roadmaps leveraging AI, automation and emerging tech to create business value.
• Assess AI use cases by value, feasibility, risk and readiness.
• Assist in operating models and governance for responsible AI adoption.
• Participate in digital maturity assessments and develop strategic recommendations.
• Align business strategies with processes, organization, and tech capabilities.
• Contribute to Target Operating Models for ERP, S/4HANA and big transformations.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for tech investments.
• Define expected benefits and KPIs; support benefits realization.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Develop thought leadership and IP around technology trends and digital transformation.
