  • TOGAF 9/10 certification, or an equivalent recognized Enterprise Architecture certification, is required; complementary agile certifications and experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Agile Coach are strongly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modelling standards such as TOGAF ADM, Zachman, ArchiMate, UML and BPMN to client engagements, including producing business capability models, value streams, data models, application portfolios, integration patterns and technology reference architectures.
  • Experience establishing and running Architecture Review Boards, defining architecture governance, principles, standards and patterns, and managing architecture repositories.
