Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation (Bilingual FR/ENG) to lead end-to-end transformation projects and help clients align operating models with business strategy.

You will collaborate with PwC teams and client stakeholders from strategy through implementation, contribute to business development, and grow your technical skills across our national and global network, while applying clear communication and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational diagnosis and operating models.
• Change management experience with stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Autonomy with client-facing work and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client and PwC teams from strategy through implementation.
• Contribute to business development and identify opportunities.
• Develop technical skills and mentor teams at local, national, and global levels.
• Stay current on developments in your areas of expertise and PwC knowledge.
