Job summary

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate in Technology Strategy and Transformation. The role focuses on leading technology strategy initiatives, analysing market trends, and guiding clients through AI, data, and digital infrastructure programs.

You will work across industries to shape technology investments and align them with business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable, strategic recommendations and drive transformation programs, maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Significant experience within technology transformation, operations, and/or strategy.
• Experience with strategy and transformation in infrastructure, data, AI/GenAI/Agentic, AIOps/SRE, digital technologies.
• Prior work experience with a technology strategy consulting group or a CIO organization.
• Strong understanding of one or more business domains within the Financial Services Sector.
• Hands-on project delivery experience with technologies including cloud transformation, data strategies, and digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation programmes focusing on infrastructure, AI, data, and digital technologies.
• Gather and analyse client information to develop actionable, data-driven insights for platform and channel strategies.
• Lead client engagements to understand business and technology strategies, conducting research and interviews.
• Demonstrate experience supporting strategic transformation in technology-enabled environments, including cloud, data, AI, and GenAI.
• Identify and prioritise business and technology requirements for clients, aligning with transformation objectives across sectors.
• Support programme management with hands-on knowledge of transformation processes, focusing on infrastructure and AI-driven solutions.
• Deliver technology solutions spanning infrastructure, digital, and AI for clients in the FS sector, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate People, Process and Technology (Data) components into value-added solutions.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships at multiple levels and contribute to compelling proposals and thought leadership.

• Lead client engagements to understand business and technology strategies, conducting research, interviews, and hypothesis testing in support of transformation initiatives across multiple sectors.
• Demonstrate direct experience supporting strategic transformation in technology-driven environments, including cloud, data, AI, GenAI, AIOps, and digital infrastructure.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of business and technology requirements for clients, ensuring alignment with infrastructure and digital transformation objectives across sectors.
• Support programme and project management by leveraging hands‑on knowledge of technology transformation processes, with a focus on infrastructure and AI‑driven solutions.
• Apply strategic delivery skills to drive implementation of technology solutions‑spanning infrastructure, digital, and AI-for clients in the FS sector.
• Deliver client projects on time and within budget, utilizing proven project management approaches and exceeding client expectations through strong team performance and stakeholder management in technology transformations.
• Work directly with clients to integrate People, Process and Technology (Data) components into meaningful, value added solutions
• Build and maintain effective, trusting and collaborative client relationships at multiple levels

What You'll Bring:

• Significant experience within Technology transformation, operations, and / or strategy
• Significant experience with strategy and transformation in one or more of the following: infrastructure, data, AI/GenAI/Agentic, AIOps/SRE, digital
• Prior work experience with a technology strategy consulting group or strategy and transformation within a CIO organization
• Strong understanding of one or more business domains within the Financial Services Sector.
• Hands on project delivery experience with technology domains including and not limited to: Core platform transformation (OSS/BSS); Cloud transformation and Data strategies; Process Automation; Agentic AI reinvention; Infrastructure (AIOps/SRE); Digitization; Full Stack Software Delivery
• A proven track record of successful project completion and a demonstrated ability to manage client communications and expectations
• Strong technical leadership skills and business analysis skills. Ability to thrive in an environment of pressing deadlines and changing conditions
