Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Technology Strategy and Transformation, Senior Associate to drive technology strategy and transformation programmes across industries. You will lead engagements, analyse client needs, and deliver data‑driven insights, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, AI, GenAI, and digital technologies, while collaborating with stakeholders and traveling to client sites across Canada.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Technology transformation, operations, and/or strategy.
• Significant experience with strategy and transformation in infrastructure, data, AI/GenAI, AIOps, and digital.
• Prior work experience with a technology strategy consulting group or CIO organization.
• Strong understanding of Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on delivery in Core platform transformation, Cloud, Data strategies, Process Automation, Infrastructure, Digitization.
• Proven track record in project delivery and managing client communications.
• Strong technical leadership and business analysis skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation programmes across industries, focusing on infrastructure, AI, data, and digital technologies.
• Gather and analyse client information to develop data-driven insights for platform and channel strategies.
• Lead engagements to understand business and technology strategies and test hypotheses.
• Demonstrate experience in technology-driven transformations, including cloud, data, AI, GenAI, and digital infrastructure.
• Prioritize business and technology requirements aligning with transformation objectives.
• Support programme management with hands-on knowledge of transformation processes.
• Apply strategic delivery skills to implement technology solutions for clients in the FS sector.
• Deliver client projects on time and within budget with strong stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with clients to integrate People, Process, and Technology components.
• Develop compelling client proposals, white papers, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to PwC culture through mentoring and coaching.
