Introba is recruiting a Senior Associate in Toronto to lead the Project Design Team for institutional projects. You will manage staffing, provide technical support, and ensure design decisions align with client goals.
The role focuses on delivering complex renovations and new builds while guiding staff and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a PE/AScT or equivalent, 10+ years of electrical design experience, and proven leadership.

The Senior Associate is responsible for managing their respective Project Design Team. They are fully responsible and accountable for their design team staff, regularly review staffing and distribute tasks effectively and consistently with staff skillsets. By providing technical support and management resources, the Senior Associate ensures that design decision-making and team management accountability take place. The Toronto Electrical team is looking for a keen individual to lead the execution of institutional projects. The institutional projects range in scale and complexity, from smaller Functional Programming and Business Case scopes to major renovations and additions
Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $125,000-155,000 annually for this position and local market
