Job summary

Enbridge in Canada and the U.S. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and standardize ways of working across North American sites.

You will own initiatives end-to-end—from problem definition and analysis through solution design, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and benefits realization—leveraging a flexible hybrid work model and occasional travel between the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• University degree required; eight-plus years’ experience OR ten-plus years of field operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across large geographies (Canada and US).
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Asset Performance, and leaders across Canada and the US to identify and implement initiatives improving operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on standardization, process improvement, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: problem definition, planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis, solution design, implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization.
• Facilitate alignment across teams balancing stakeholder needs, priorities, risk, readiness, and sustainability.
• Develop recommendations, business cases, and implementation strategies to support leadership decisions.
