Enbridge is seeking a senior program leader to drive cross-Canada and US initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and standardize ways of working. You will own initiatives end‑to‑end from problem framing to benefits realization.

The role requires a university degree and 8+ years of experience, travel between the US and Canada, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across regions. You will manage planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, and change management to deliver

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years' experience OR 10+ years in field operations.
• Experience partnering with cross-border leaders to drive initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end program delivery and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and implement initiatives across Canada and the US to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on standardization, process improvement, and governance.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from problem definition to stabilization and benefits realization.
• Facilitate alignment across teams, balancing needs, risks, and implementation readiness.
• Develop business cases and executive presentations to support leadership decisions.
