Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Specialist, Infrastructure Planning to bridge commercial and technical teams across the Liquids Pipelines network. You will assess opportunities, develop optimization strategies, and provide recommendations that support growth and operational excellence.

The role requires extensive knowledge of liquids pipeline systems, strong communication, and stakeholder management to drive results. Travel <10% and a hybrid/onsite work model may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• Related technical diploma; engineering degree or CET/P.Eng. asset.
• 12+ years of experience in pipeline operations or optimization.
• Knowledge of Liquids Pipeline systems and key stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities and develop executable solutions to maximize system value.
• Provide strategic recommendations on complex business and technical challenges.
• Identify and advance optimization initiatives with financial impact.
• Define project scope and support growth and energy transition initiatives.
