Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to lead a major, multi-year portfolio with significant financial and delivery impact.

You will establish governance, drive performance, and guide executive decisions while leading a distributed team across disciplines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project controls or related fields, with a preference for professional certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction, project management, or related area.
• Leadership of complex projects or portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification or designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls function for a major, multi-year portfolio with governance and performance accountability.
• Define cost, scheduling, forecasting, risk, change control, and reporting requirements across the lifecycle.
• Develop strategic recommendations for portfolio priorities and resource allocation.
• Govern and improve Project Controls standards, systems, and data quality.
• Lead a geographically distributed team through supervisors and team leads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and influence execution strategies.
