We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead technical design and documentation across a range of project types. You’ll play a key role in shaping resilient, code-compliant, and community-focused architecture in Northern BC.

3D design and multi-discipline coordination: Intermediate
Ability to multi-task as you will be handling multiple project responsibilities simultaneously: Advanced
Collaborate closely with project architects and firm leadership: Advanced
Experience in interior design or building science is an asset: Intermediate
Experience with Lumion, Sketch-up, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset: Intermediate
Interpret and apply BC Building Code 2024 across diverse occupancy types,: Intermediate
Involvement in all phases of design with emphasis on working drawings, construction details, and construction administration: Intermediate
Lead production of detailed construction drawings and BIM models using Revit,: Advanced
Learn and research the changing requirements of each project and is receptive to feedback from clients and colleagues: Advanced
Manage contractor, client and affected stakeholders during construction operations: Intermediate
Mentor junior technologists and contribute to firm-wide technical standards: Intermediate
Perform field reviews to ensure adherence of work with construction drawings: Intermediate
Support feasibility studies and retrofit strategies: Intermediate
