Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario, to oversee design development, construction documents, and construction period services for public and institutional projects. The role requires coordination with clients, project teams, and municipal authorities to ensure quality execution.

The candidate should have 7+ years of relevant experience (4+ in PM), familiarity with Canadian building codes, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 4+ years in a PM capacity
• Experience on larger public sector projects preferred
• Eligibility for security clearance
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Canadian building codes and bylaws
• PMP designation or architect registration an asset
• Demonstrated expertise in building technology including wood frame, steel and concrete construction
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work with budgets, schedules and financials
• Citizenship for clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee project phases through design development, construction documents, and construction period services
• Coordinate project teams and manage client relationships
• Liaise with municipal authorities and perform quality control
• Ensure successful project execution in collaboration with senior partners and other architects in the firm
