Qualifications

• Senior-level architectural project management experience (10+ years)
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across design development to construction administration

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and technical oversight across SD, DD, Tender and Construction Administration
• Lead design development in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams
• Manage drawing and specification production across all phases
• Coordinate sub-consultants and multi-disciplinary teams
• Oversee submissions and approvals with Authorities Having Jurisdiction
• Lead quality assurance and coordinate with stamping architect
• Support BIM, detailing, specification development, and technical mentorship
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and financial forecasting
• Monitor percent complete and coordinate invoicing with accounting
• Manage construction budgets in collaboration with quantity surveyors
• Support proposal development and client presentations
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities
